Our Journey Through Time
1986
Ensign Founded in Hong Kong
Our journey began in Hong Kong, establishing the foundation of what would become a global logistics leader.
1989
First China Office: Guangzhou
Expanded into mainland China, opening our first office in Guangzhou to serve the growing market.
1991
Member of FIATA
Joined the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations, strengthening our global network.
1995
Member of HAFFA
Became a member of Hong Kong Association of Freight Forwarding & Logistics Ltd.
1997
Member of IATA
Joined the International Air Transport Association, expanding our air freight capabilities.
1998
Singapore Office & ISO Certification
Opened Singapore office and achieved ISO9001:2008 Quality Certification in Hong Kong.
2002
NVOCC License Qualified
Obtained Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier license, enhancing our ocean freight services.
2004
Class A Freight Forwarder License
Awarded Class A Freight Forwarder Agent License in Greater China.
2010
Multiple Awards & Recognition
Received several awards including "Caring Company" Award and "Class of Excellence Waste Label".
2011
Acquired Copper License
Obtained Copper License, expanding our service capabilities.
2014
Indonesia Offices Established
Set up offices in Indonesia, strengthening our Southeast Asian presence.
2015
Awards & Quality Recognition
Awarded "Winner of The Most Reliable Freight Forwarder" and recognized with ISO9001:2015 Quality Certification in Hong Kong SAR.
2018
Vietnam Office & Regional Expansion
Opened Vietnam office, bringing our total to 18 branches in the Asian region.
2019
Netherlands Office & Alltrans Partnership
Opened Netherlands office with 19 branches globally. "Alltrans" joined under the Ensign Group.
2020
Digital Innovation Launch
Launched sub-brand B2C e-shop "iHYGGE" and B2C Online Logistics Service "BooknStore".
2021
Hong Kong Warehouse Expansion
Opened new logistics warehouse in Hong Kong SAR, China - 20,000 sq. ft.
2022
Netherlands Warehouse
Established new logistics warehouse in The Netherlands, expanding European operations.
2025
Malaysia Office Launch
Malaysia office operates with a total of 20 branches within the Ensign network.
